What is Jewlerie’s Return and Refund Policy?
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below to process your return or refund request.
Return & Refund Process
1. Notify Us
If you received a defective item and want to return or exchange it, please notify us within 14 days of placing your order or 5 days of receiving the product, whichever is later. You can contact us via email at:

2. Ship the Item Back
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item to the sender address provided in your order package. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Inspection & Refund
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome via email. If the item is confirmed defective, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after we receive the returned item.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 24 hours of processing your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse shipping fees for returns.
